What is Local.?

Local. is the free, curated digital directory for the Cebu music industry. It's a single place to find and connect with artists, bands, studios, venues, gear rentals, instrument repair shops, promoters, and every other part of the music ecosystem in Cebu.

Why we built this

If you've ever tried to find a rehearsal studio in Cebu, book a local band for an event, or get your guitar fixed — you know the struggle. The information is scattered across Facebook groups, word of mouth, and outdated posts. There's no central place where the music community can find each other.

We built Local. to fix that. One directory. Searchable. Up to date. Free.

The Handuraw connection

Local. is a project by Handuraw Pizza, a Cebu institution that's been hosting live music and supporting local artists for years. Our tagline has always been #WeLoveLocal and "Share a slice, share a story."

Local. is the digital extension of that commitment — a permanent platform to support the people who make Cebu's music scene what it is.

How it works

  • It's free. Creating a profile costs nothing. No premium tiers, no paywalls.
  • Every profile is verified. Our team manually reviews every submission to keep the directory accurate and trustworthy.
  • You own your profile. You can update or delete it at any time. We don't claim ownership over your content.
  • No data selling. Ever. We don't sell your information to anyone. Period.

Local. is a Handuraw Pizza Love Project — built and run in Cebu by the people behind Handuraw Pizza: Jun & Hannah Dychangco and the Smith siblings — Eric Smith, Zarah Smith, and Liana Bautista.

Between us, we've spent years showing up for the local scene — hosting gigs, booking artists, and keeping pizzas close to the music. Local. is our way of carrying that advocacy forward: one tidy home where the whole Cebu music community can be found and celebrated.
