About these terms

By using Local. (cebulocal.com), you agree to these terms. Local. is a Handuraw Pizza Love Project, spearheaded and operated by Handuraw Pizza, based in Cebu, Philippines. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the platform.

The service

Local. is a free, curated digital directory for the Cebu music community. It allows individuals and businesses in the music ecosystem to create profiles, list upcoming gigs and Happenings, share photos, and be discovered and contacted by the community.

• The service is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees, premium tiers, or hidden costs.
• Profiles are organised into nine categories — Artists, Production, Gear, Technical, Professionals, Media, Retail, Advocates, and Venues — and a single profile can belong to one primary category plus up to two secondary categories.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Who can join

Local. is built specifically for the Cebu music ecosystem. To be eligible for a profile:

• Establishments, venues, studios, and service providers must be physically based in the Province of Cebu (including all cities and municipalities within Cebu).
• Artists, musicians, and performers must hail from Cebu — whether you're currently based here or making waves somewhere else. If Cebu raised you, you belong here.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up. Sign-in works via a passwordless email magic link, a one-time code, or Google OAuth.
• A single account can own multiple profiles — for example, an artist who also runs a studio or a label. Each profile is reviewed independently.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your sign-in credentials.
• You can delete your account at any time. When you do, your profiles, photos, events, and associated data will be removed from the directory.

Your profile, events, and photos

• You own your content. Handuraw Pizza does not claim ownership over the information, photos, event posters, video embeds, or other content you submit to your profile.
• By submitting a profile, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Local. directory and to share or cross-promote your profile, Happenings, and photos on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others) for the purpose of supporting and promoting the local music community. Cross-promotion is done in the spirit of #WeLoveLocal — to give you more visibility. This license ends when you delete your profile.
• Draft → Review → Published. New profiles start as a private draft. When you submit for review, our team manually checks every submission before it goes live. Substantive edits on a published profile re-enter the review queue. We may reject, hide, or archive profiles that don't meet our guidelines.
• Happenings. You may list upcoming gigs and events tied to your profile. Events must be real, accurate, and in or relevant to Cebu. We may remove events that are misleading, spammy, or unrelated to the local music scene.
• Photos. You may only upload images you own or have permission to use. Avatar, cover, gallery, and event poster uploads must be yours — no stock photos you don't have a licence for, no other artists' imagery without consent.
• You can update, unpublish, or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard.

Messages and feedback

• Send a message. Visitors can contact a profile owner through a Local.-relayed email. The sender's name and email are shared with the owner so they can reply directly. Do not use this feature to spam, harass, solicit, or send unsolicited marketing.
• Leave feedback. Visitors can send a private note to a profile owner's feedback inbox. Feedback is for constructive, community-minded input — not abuse. Both features are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to deter bots.
• We may rate-limit, disable, or remove access to these features for users who abuse them.

What we expect from you

• Be honest. Don't submit fake profiles, impersonate someone else, or provide misleading information.
• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Keep it relevant. Local. is for the Cebu music ecosystem. Profiles should be related to music, performance, production, or supporting services in Cebu.
• Don't abuse the platform. No spam, automated scraping, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Our rights

• We may remove or hide any profile that violates these terms, is inaccurate, or is no longer relevant — with or without notice.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of information in user profiles. Profile owners are responsible for keeping their own information up to date.

No warranties

Local. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the directory accurate and the service running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is correct at all times.

Limitation of liability

Handuraw Pizza and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Local. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Local. after changes means you accept the updated terms.
